Easy Lemon Tart

Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup dessecated coconut
125g melted butter
1 cup cream
3/4 cup milk
1 tblsp grated lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
Method
Whisk eggs in medium bowl.
Gradually whisk in sifted flour, then remaining ingredients until well combined.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven about 45 mins or until set & lightly browned.
