Thai Chicken Balls

Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken mince
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 spring onions - sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. Preheat oven to medium-hot
  2. Mix the mince and breadcrumbs in large bowl
  3. Add spring onions, ground and fresh coriander, chilli sauce and lemon juice. Mix well
  4. Make small balls and shallow fry in hot oil until browned
  5. Place on baking tray and bake in oven for 5 mins (small) or 10-15 mins (larger)
